As a native of Belgium, I was raised with coffee and chocolate. I drank coffee (café au lait) since the age of 8 and ate the darkest chocolate available, i.e. Côte d’Or Noir de Noir (blackest of the black.) Recently, it was suggested to me by my health care practitioner that these two foods were not beneficial for me and I set out to find healthier varieties of both. I’d like to share with you what I have found....A great-tasting, healthy, nutritious Belgian dark chocolate! And a delicious, easy-to-prepare health-giving coffee!
