Grown up Jazzies!

Good morning all!


Here at Conscious, we love to indulge in food that is healthy, but still has great taste. These delicate little Jazzies are made from banana chips - baked in coconut oil - covered in heavenly melted chocolate, with seeds and nuts on top!


These Jazzies are perfect to take to work, to school or on a day out.


They are delicious treats for adults and children and the best part about them is that they are so good for you and they are so quick and easy to make!


Recipe -

  • 100g banana chips, preferably unsweetened and baked with coconut oil.

  • 2 bars Intense Conscious Chocolate.


  • A handful each of almonds, goji berries, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin
  • seeds or ‘superfood’ of choice.


    1. Melt the bars of chocolate in a glass bowl over a saucepan of simmering

    water.


    2. Dip each banana chip into the chocolate and then sprinkle with superfoods

    straight away.


    3.Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set then keep in the fridge for serving.
